Estars brindando apoyo a los clientes como el primer punto de contacto. Contestars preguntas sobre sus cuentas. Ayudars a los clientes con situaciones sobre sus cuentas mientras les provees un servicio al cliente excepcional.
Como Representante de Serivcio al Cliente, ser responsable por:
- Identificar la necesidad del cliente, contestar preguntas o resolver problemas.
- Realizar actividades rutinarias de centros de llamadas respecto a los productos y servicios del negocio.
- Utilizar las herramientas provistas para guiarle a travs de conversaciones con los clientes.
- Proveerle informacin importante a los clientes mientras se comunica en una forma clida y emptica.
- Recopilar informacin para mantener los perfiles y las cuentas de los clientes actualizados.
- Proveer un servicio al cliente excepcional.
Requisitos
Para ser exitoso en esta posicin usted deber:
- Tener un diploma de escuela superior o su equivalente.
- Tener autorizacin legal para trabajar permanentemente en Estados Unidos sin necesitar una transferencia o auspicio de visa.
- Poder hablar y leer ingls.
- Poder aprobar exitosamente una verificacin de antecedentes penales y una prueba de dopaje.
- Poder escribir un mnimo de 20 PPM (palabras por minuto) en una computadora.
- Tener experiencia previa en servicio al cliente.
